Pour half of the batter mixture into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown, or for about 3 to 4 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.

Now add the bacon into a large pan and cook it over medium heat, turning as required until crispy. Remove it to drain of excess fats on paper towels.

Add in a tablespoon of the bacon drippings, and fry the eggs over medium heat until cooked through.

Then assemble the chaffle sandwich and serve.
